What we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services: account details you give us (name, email, company), API usage metadata (request counts, latency, model selection), and billing information. Prompt and output content is processed to serve your requests and retained only as long as your log-retention settings specify.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts, outputs, or files to train models — ours or anyone else's. We do not share your content with third parties beyond the model providers required to fulfill your requests.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted. Access to production systems is role-based, audited, and limited to the minimum required. Region controls let you keep traffic inside a chosen jurisdiction.
Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time. Log retention is configurable per organization, down to zero retention for eligible plans.
